Each Storage VPS plan is pre-configured to give you the most bang for your buck, so you’re not able to customize or change the hardware specs of your plan. But, you can upgrade to a better configuration or increase storage as recommended in your plan.

Yes, you can upgrade to a larger Storage VPS plan through the Customer Control Panel. Go to the Services section, then click a product, click Upgrade/Downgrade then “Upgrade Storage VPS from the menu. If you want to downgrade, then you’ll need to buy the smaller plan through the Customer Control Panel. Once you downgrade, we recommend transferring all the data from your current VPS to the new one and then marking your VPS for cancellation. You're always welcome to contact support if you need help with this.

We also offer Windows Server for those who prefer to roll with Windows. If you choose Windows Server, then note that the Windows license fee is added to your monthly VPS fee.

Yes, we offer cPanel and Plesk admin at additional cost. We also offer Webmin for free. Note that were offering Plesk for free for the first month across our Cloud VPS, Cloud VDS, Storage VPS, and Dedicated Server plans. And if you’re not satisfied with Plesk within the first month, then just cancel it before the end of your first month through the Customer Control Panel (you wont be charged if you cancel it before the first month ends).
